YourCVMaker respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and have registered a Designated Agent with the U.S. Copyright Office to receive them.

Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content hosted on the Service infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail (e.g. a URL or account name) for us to locate it
• Your contact information — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Counter-Notification

If material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of a takedown notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to support@yourcvmaker.com containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your name, address, and phone number with consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the U.S., an appropriate judicial district). We will forward a valid counter-notification to the original complainant and may restore the material in 10-14 business days unless they notify us that they have filed a court action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In appropriate circumstances, we terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of the intellectual property rights of others.

Misrepresentations

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please consider carefully whether content actually infringes your copyright before sending a notice.
