Job Tracker: one board for every application

Job Tracker is a kanban board for every job you're chasing, and the hub that connects it to the rest of your toolkit — tailor your resume, write the cover letter, or rehearse the interview, straight from the card.

What it does

Every job you're pursuing gets a card that moves across five columns — Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer and Rejected — so your whole pipeline is visible at a glance instead of scattered across tabs, emails and sticky notes.

How it's made

Each card is a hub, not just a status label: from it you can jump straight into tailoring your resume against that job's description (the same ATS Target Job flow used elsewhere), generate a cover letter for it, or start a mock interview prepped for that specific role. A card also remembers which resume version you applied with and the ATS score it scored, so that context isn't lost once you move on to the next application. Jobs can be added manually, or sent straight over with one click from AI Job Search results. The free plan tracks up to 10 jobs at once; paid plans track an unlimited number.

How to use it

  1. Open Job Tracker and add a job manually, or send one over from AI Job Search with a single click.
  2. Drag or move each card through Saved, Applied, Interviewing, Offer or Rejected as your pipeline progresses.
  3. From a card, jump into tailoring your resume for that job, generating its cover letter, or practicing an interview for it.
  4. Check back on a card later to see which resume version you used and the ATS score it scored.
  5. Stay under 10 tracked jobs on the free plan, or upgrade for unlimited tracking.

What you get

One board that replaces the spreadsheet-and-tab-juggling most job hunts turn into, with the actual tools you need for each application — tailoring, cover letter, interview prep — one click away from the job itself.
